amazon web services files not updating

I am using Amazon web services ubuntu machine and uploaded the files to my server. When I edit my file it does not show any changes on the browser. Like as of now http://ift.tt/1CXPTAw this file has no content but still it shows content.I deleted all the files from server and just added this file to avoid confusion of any sort but still its behaving weird. I am stuck with this problem from morning and have no solution. Can anyone please help.
