I just registered a domain with Route 53 yesterday and set up the hosted zone today. I left in the default SOA and NS records and added an A record to point to my servers IP address. I can connect with the IP address no problem but the domain name based health checks only report:
Failure: DNS resolution failed: DNS response error code SERVFAIL
How do I debug this? I've already gone through all the documentation plenty of times, as well as the Hosted Zones settings, and everything looks perfectly fine to me...
