Best quality/price Amazon instance type

Can anybody tell me which is the best quality/price instance type, that we can use on Amazon for a webService and a price of 0.050$/per hour?.

Right now I´m using m3.Xlarge, but maybe there´s another better one for that price, or a little higher. By the way the price is so low since we´re using Spot instances.
