cloudfront rtmp very very slow

I have a bucket s3 in Region: US Standard. My web page is working with students of around the world.

I have deployed 2 cloudfront rmtp distributions 111111111111.cloudfront.net to play video. The video does not work fine, is very very slow. I have problems with streaming with users in europe, usa, asia...etc.

The video has interruptions and my students can not follow correctly guitar lessons. Please I need to know how I can play the video without errors on loading.

I have many students and I have problems if the video is not played correctly. I do not know what options i have to fix this problem, other companies?.
