How to Add Password to SFTP access?

I am using FileZilla SFTP to access the files inside my ec2 instance using Public Key.

My question, this method allows anyone with the key file to access the instance from any FTP client that supports SFTP. Is there a way to also add password in addition to the public key?

I am using EC2 instance of Centos 7,
