How to migrate existing production database from MYISAM to INNODB Engine?

i keep searching for migrating existing database from MYISAM Engine to INNODB Engine. and i move my database to "Amazon RDS MySQL DB". I got few more links but i couldn't figure proper solution.

I have huge number of databases and tables.

So i need few answers.

• How to take back up all databases and tables ?. So i take backup either zip file or normal table back up ?.
• How to process import this back file in Amazon RDS MYSQL DB ?
• How to convert MYISAM to INNODB without data loss ?
