What client-side software to use for Adobe Media Server on AWS?

I'm planning to build live audio streaming service using AMS5 on AWS EC2 instance. Media to stream over HTTP and deliverable to web, iOS and Android mobile app. I do have following questions:

• Which EC2 instance is most suitable to start with if i'm expecting, say, 10 concurrent listeners?
• What softwares to use to control live stream as well as schedule content etc..?
• How to more accurately measure average operational cost for monthly basis? With AWS infrastructure, costs would comprise of EC2 hourly rate, AMS hourly rate, EBS volume..what are the other hidden fees?
