AWS Elastic Beanstalk Workers Equivalent on Google App Engine

I am currently migrating some applications from AWS to Google App Engine and was wondering if there is anything that is a direct equivalent to the Elastic Beanstalk Worker images (essentially provides a daemon wrapper that monitors an SQS queue and upon message retrieval does a POST to an endpoint of a web application).

I'm sure I can piece together services to do this but wanted to make sure there isn't something already "out-of-the-box"
