Port 9000 access refused on spark 1.4.0 EC2

With spark1.3.1 when i follow this instructions, Data access Spark EC2, everything works. But when i try to do the same thing with spark1.4.0 ec2 i fall on this error

Exception in thread "main" java.net.ConnectException: Call From ******/****** to ec2-********.compute- 1.amazonaws.com:9000 failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connexion refusée;

I open all traffic on both slaves and master security group but it doesn't seems to work so i don't know what to do...
