Book on using Amazon's computers with R?

I am a biochemistry graduate student who is going to look at very large data sets. I don't have a supercomputer, but I can use Amazon's web services. I am looking at tutorial on how to run R on these serves. However, by curiosity, is there a good book out there on how to do this?
