How to create a python cloud syncing tool (SSH, paramiko, rsync)

I am trying to create a basic cloud syncing tool using python. I was planning on opening an SSH channel with Paramiko and somehow using rsync to upload the files from a remote machine to an AWS server. Does anyone have any code examples where they accomplish a similar thing? I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to proceed, any help would be much appreciated!

p.s. I am using a Windows computer
