amazon mws api confirm shippment - how to get Shipper Tracking Number to confirm orders?

I have MFN Account, want to make order confirm shipment and shedule pickup via api, i can get trancking number after update shipment only, then how can i update, Below information

 <FulfillmentData>
 <CarrierCode>UPS</CarrierCode>
 <ShippingMethod>Second Day</ShippingMethod>
 <ShipperTrackingNumber>324234234234</ShipperTrackingNumber>
 </FulfillmentData>

confirm shipment -> shiped by ours in this way i can get CarrierCode,ShipperTrackingNumber from third party courier.

schedule pickup -> shipped by amzon In this way how can i get CarrierCode,ShipperTrackingNumber?
