Bitnami test page not showing

After installing Bitnami in windows server,Bitnami test page is not showing with the public DNS address.The web browser shows link as an invalid URL.Windows Firewall with Advanced Security has been created with a custom rule that allows the HTTP protocol through port 80 and the HTTPS protocol through port 443 correctly.Please anyone tell me the reason behind with this issue.
