Can't access "it works" page apache on amazon EC2

Hello to all the community,

I'm trying to set a LAMP server on an Amazon EC2 instance.

I followed the steps on tutorials, I have created a security group, put the permission HTTP to port 80, SSH to port 22 and HTPPS on port 443, I bind a instance to it and attach a Elastic IP.

Then I have installed LAMP on a ubuntu server 14.04, I can see that apache2 have the lastest package and is actually running.

But when I type my elastic IP (or even my public DNS), I got an error connexion Time-out.

I thought my instance and elastic IP was the problem. I followed many tutorials and it's seems right. I think I check the firewall Inbounds rules

I tried different installations of appache, I see it's running with "aptitude show apache2" . I haven't forget to launch the server. I used netstat in different maners to see if my port was ok, and it looks exactly like the examples.

I have tried "iptables -L" I shows the INPUT, FORWARD and OUTPUT at policy Accept but I don't have anything under : target prot opt source destination and Chain RH-Firewall-1-INPUT (2 references) doesn't appear.

I'm stuck now, and I don't know what to do next and how to make it works. Can somebody help me?

Thank you all in advance,

Nikola
