Convert image file to $_FILES array

I have a PHP file which accepts json. This json contains base64 encoded string of Image. I want to move this image to AWS server with the help of base64 encoded string. I have read the documentation on AWS server which I processes $_FILES array to upload the image. How can I do this because if I manually calculate all the attributes , how can I find the /tmp data ?
