couldn't find file 'jquery-ui' on rails app using AWS(web service)

I am getting the following error on amazon(AWS webservice) even if i have

version 5.0

application.js:

//= require jquery-ui

application.css:

/*
*= require jquery-ui
*/

Gemfile:

gem 'jquery-rails'
gem "jquery-ui-rails"

In my local system working is fine what is the problem..?Please help me. And i try all the posibilites in stack but not working..
