Which EC2 setup?

I'm setting up a website built in Node.js running Express and MongoDB. I need multiple sub domains running different apps e.g:

http://example.com http://ift.tt/1KwPDhe http://ift.tt/suTBFB

I've tried a Bitnami MEAN stack EC2 instance running Apache, but would Nginx be a better choice in terms of running multiple apps?

I find it difficult setting up multiple apps on different sub domains with the current setup - probably because I'm a web developer and not an expert on server configuration

I don't feel like building a custom stack from scratch - too time consuming and complex. Looking for a product from AWS Marketplace that's ready to go and just needs additional configuration.

Which setup would you recommend?
