I have some servers hosted in Amazon Web Services and I am having problem in paying September bill. I tried to add many credit card details to be used for payment but I everytime get this message:
(Please contact customer service, your account is in an invalid state)
I opened a case in support center since more than 10 days but I got no reply ! Yesterday I got an email telling me that my servers may be terminated because I did not pay the September bill !
Anybody got similar issues ? I badly need to solve this issues to mange to pay my bill and avoiding my servers to be terminated.
