Page loading is taking time after redirecting the DNS name server to aws EC2 linux instance

I changed my website nameservers to aws ec2 linux instance and after that my page where the page hits the database is taking lot of time.where as i tried to redirect other website to same instance it worked well and was working very fast,But suddently when similar things i tried with new domain in route53,after that database driven page is taking time.

Please guide me where i can check to come back to mormal performance
