Route53: Redirect all requests to https

I am looking to redirect all traffic from

example.com
www.example.com

to

https://www.example.com

in AWS Route53.

There isn't a single article out there that clearly explains how to do this.

Looking for simple instructions, and an AWS/Route53-only method.
