AWS: How to struture my Amazon Elastic Beanstalk application?

I'm totally new to AWS. And I'm making an web application that acts as a backend to an android app. Basically what it does is, collect data from users and stores it in an SQS. Now I need to cluster the data in SQS. Where should I implement this. Should I make a seperate application not using beanstalk or Should I use the worker-tier in elastic beanstalk?
