AWS Powershell assign windows hostname

New-EC2Instance -ImageId ami-eatete2 -MinCount 1 -MaxCount 1 -KeyName Keypair -SecurityGroupId sg-abcdfe -InstanceType m1.small -SubnetId subnet-aetsetsa

Above command creates a new instance. how to assign a Windows hostname to this new instance and reboot the instance?
