Hosting a Django Web Application On Heroku or AWS

I am looking for free or cheap hosting for my simple Django application built using Django 1.8

Its a simple application , around 10 views , 10 templates and some 8-9 models.

I will be using MySQL

Which is the cheapest and good way to achieve that
