Send Notifications to Http Endpoint

I want to create http endpoint,which is running locally and I want to subscribe that http endpoint in aws-sns.I able send notification to http endpoint but unable to confirm it.So please suggest me is there any another code need for doing that action.Just I wrote sample http hello world servlet code and make it as public using ngrock,but it showing pending confirmation.Please suggest me.I strucked here.I want to test sending notification to http endpoint.
