error in accessing restcomm via aws market place

i followed instruction in restcomm video tutorial to access restcomm via AWS marketplace, all steps mentioned had no issues, except that, when i tried to access restcomm login page, i get "webpage not available" error. is there a change to steps mentioned in video tutorial ? here is link to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsUp7PyMzc0 FYI: i choose 'large' instance that is recommended in video.

what am i doing wrong ?
