How to setup php app on AWS?

1. I bought this php app.
2. I want to set it up on AWS for free.
3. What are the steps to do this?

I do front-end work but have never setup a server for a web application. How do I set something like this up on a simple server. Is aws the easiest method thanks.

It will only be used by 12 people.
