Using Amazon EC2 Ipaddress access application outside network

I configured secuirty group for my ec2 instance like below. I deploy my application in tomcat port 8085

SECURITY GROUP

custome tcp 8085 0.0.0.0/0

using my ec2 ip i can't able to access my application http://ift.tt/1KGgnra

I can able to access my app uisng localhost like

http://localhost:8085/HealthProd

Any help highly appreciated. It saves me a lot.
