Domain delegation problema in EC2 AWS

I'm having trouble to delegate my domain .com.ar (Argentina) with my EC2 instance in AWS (Amazon). I've already set the 4 Amazon DNS in the domain panel but it doesn't work. Any advice? Thanks, regards.
