Error message creating an AWS cluster with segue R

I am using segue to create a cluster in AWS but I get the following error message:

myCluster <- createCluster(numInstances=2) Error in .jcall("RJavaTools", "Ljava/lang/Object;", "invokeMethod", cl, : Status Code: 400, AWS Service: AmazonElasticMapReduce, AWS Request ID: --, AWS Error Code: ValidationError, AWS Error Message: InstanceProfile is required for creating cluster

Previously, I have used setCredentials() but it does not seem to be the problem.
