map domaine name to elastic beanstalk best practice

I'm really confused and there is no clear tuto about this so in my case I have a domaine name the registrar is already put a defaults NS I want to know if I map the url of elestik with CNAME record that would be done? an other question what's the best practice map elastik url or load balancer DNS?
