Update php.ini aws autoscaling group

I need to increase php memory in an autoscaling group that I already set up based off of an Centos AMI. I do not have public DNS to make the php.ini change to each instance and that seems like a long process if I have several instances running. Is there a way to make a global to php.ini change that will migrate to all instances in an auto scaling group?
