WNS implementation with AWS SNS on windows phone 8.1

I am trying to implement WNS and AWS-SNS on windows phone 8.1 sdk,and m using visual studio 2013 . Everything is fine at AWS-SNS end , but I am not able to receive WNS notification at windows phone 8.1 . I have checked ALL sample codes available at MSDN and amazon SNS also. nothing worked for me, can any one please help me out in implementation of reception of WNS notification .
