How do I create a Java desktop application which would connect to a cloud service like AWS, Azure or Google cloud?

I have to create a desktop application in java for implementing CP-ABE security feature. Now i am supposed to use a real cloud storage as a back-end. The interface of the app will be created using swings in java . I have to make the cloud service perform the encryption and decryption. I have java libraries available to implement CP-ABE, but have no idea about cloud computing.
