AWS - transfer data from AWS S3 to Redshift

I am starting a project in AWS and wanted to know if we have data in S3 and want to copy that data from S3 into Redshift is there any cost if we transfer data from S3 to Redshift ?

I am thinking of using Copy Command to transfer data from S3 and load into Redshift , and then expose the data via tableau to users .
