I work for a large company and we are finally getting around to integrating 'big data' into our practices. We receive terabytes of data from different retailers with both categorical and continuous data.
We currently are using a relational database service to handle our data, but I'm not satisfied with its connectivity capabilities. I'd like to store our data in a warehouse/database that is capable of connecting to R, SAS, SPSS, Python, and Tableau, at least. Basically I want the broadest connectivity possible.
Does anyone have any recs? AWS? NoSQL? Any help or pointers to somewhere that can help me would be great.
