Amazon Product Feed MSRP Issue

This is a sample xml I am using to list a product on Amazon. If I remove the MSRP tag, then the Item is listed successfully. If I include the MSRP tag, the post returns an error (error code 8058) and says some of the attributes are missing. Are there any mandatory tags I will need to include if I am including the MSRP?
