CSS files not loading from AWS S3

I include my CSS files in the header:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://ift.tt/1Ijg5Dz">

In the S3 interface under Properties-->Metadata-->

Key: Content-Type
Value: text/css

Permissions are granted to Everyone with Open/Download

Still not working.
