When I use eb create, it successfully launches a server and creates my environment, but does not deploy my app. When I navigate to the app folder, it is empty. EB deploy does upload the files, but for some reason it leaves out the requirements.txt and therefore does not install any of my packages.
So far I've not been able to get my app working. Can anyone help me figure out what is going wrong? Thanks in advance!
