I want to send sms from php backend to my phone number (india) whenever someone registers on the site. Amazon SNS does not work in my case as it doesnt serve in india yet. Does anyone have a solution? I tried using twilio but for reasons unkown it did not work on ec2 (it worked on 000webhost.com )
