allow dynamic ip access to aws EC2 instance

I have an EC2 instance and I want to protect access to only few people.

To do that I have a security group where I registered the IP address allowed for http.

I don't have any problem for static IP but I absolutely don't know how to manage that for dynamic IP.

Do you know how I can give access to someone who have a dynamic IP ?
