aws: ssh timeout issue (not able to connect through putty)

For some reason i wanted to disable firewall setting on my server and therefore i hit below command on my server.

sudo ufw disable

I agian enabled the firewall setting by hitting below command

sudo ufw enable

Now I am trying to ssh into my server with putty but i am getting timeout error.

I checked my security groups and it is properly configured on port 22.

Type Protocol Type-range source
SSH    TCP        22       0.0.0.0/0

I also checked my sssh key which is used to connect to server and key is also proper.
