Deploying Django on Amazon Container Service?

Has anyone deployed a Django application in AWS Container Service (ECS)? I am specifically looking for tutorials and/or sample Dockerfiles.

I took a look at some Django Dockerfiles outer, specifically this and this One issue I have with these images is that it bundles the datastore inside the container. That’s obviously not something you want in Production. I would like the Docker images to connect to a AWS RDS (Postgres). My needs extends more than just creating a Docker image for Django. I’m looking for best practices and thoughts on people who have tried the same thing I am about to do.
