elastic beanstalk aws use git cli for multiple accounts

Adding my first account to be able to use git was easy, however now when I run

eb init

it simply asks me to choose an instance I already have created instead of allowing me to use a new key for a new account to deploy to there. Is there an easy way of managing multiple AWS accounts on the commandline?
