I would like to authenticate users in AWS using cognito developer identity authentication using the same methods described in the links below. Ie create my own service that calls cognito from the server and passes back an identity ID and open ID token. The difference being the client is using .net.
I have read through the aws .net documentation but am not sure if the SDK supports this. The calls in the SDK are passing in logins which should not be required. It appears it only supports authentication directly from the client which is not what I want.
I have searched for examples but the only ones I can find are based on client side authentication.
Could someone confirm whether the .net SDK does support this and which function call should be used,
