I'd like to be able to install a version of OpenOffice for ubuntu on an AWS, and the preferred method would be having LibreOffice and all required files on the Github Repo, and then just using the git pull function to grab those files. LibreOffice will be running headless as a file converter, I just need to find a way to keep it in the github repo so that the file path for soffice, especially, stays the same on each install. How would I go about choosing an install path for OpenOffice on ubuntu? I know I can add the repo for LibreOffice and use apt-get, but I'd like to specify the location all of LibreOffice will be installed in. Is this possible? If so, how?
