Is there a programatic way to retrieve Amazon reviews from ONE specific customer?

I am trying to determine if there is a way, via the Amazon API (at a guess), that allows for programmatic retrieval of the reviews on a specific Amazon customer?

My aim is to find a way to automatically display that data in a Wordpress blog site.

So if it is possible, my next question is how can it be done?, in a way that works with Wordpress?
