Self signed SSL certificate Issue

I have successfully created and installed Self Signed SSL certificate in ELB (AWS). I have tried to access the website using domain name.Conection is establised but it is not opened.Same thing happened while access web site using ELB DNS name. Please find the image below: http://ift.tt/1FzwaYX
