HTTPS not working ( on AWS EC2 using Elastic Load Balancer)

I have problem trying to solve for a long time and still nothing.

I installed the certificate on the server which is working properly and in response I received this response

arn:aws:iam::123456789012:server-certificate/my-server-certificate ASCACexampleKEZUQ4K

• I have set up ELB using the certificate.

• The ELB shows 1 of 1 istances in services and it works in http mode using DNS provided from the istalled ELB.

• Also I allowed traffic to port 443 https in the security group which is used from the instance and the ELB

Using a custom Domain name (Route 53) I can still access the page with http, but when I try to switch to https, the page starts loading for about a minute and it successfully loads the https request but with blank page .

I don't know what I am missing and I was researching a lot about this problem and still couldn't resolve it.

Please help...
