SSL installed on AWS EC2 Load Balancers not working

I am newbie in AWS and I installed SSL certificate on AWS EC2 load balancers. I have add SSL certificate to load balancers and everything went fine. but when i checked our URL on ssl checker its says URL not found.

What am i wrong in SSL configuration ?
