AWS Machine Learning Cannot fetch evaluation matrix (Confusion Matrix and RMSE)

I am trying to explore aws machine learning and I got these errors on my binary classification and regression evaluation dashboard:

• "Amazon ML cannot load the confusion matrix."
• "Amazon ML cannot fetch the RMSE summary for this evaluation."

What is wrong with it? how can I fetch the confusion matrix and RMSE? Thanks
